Pre-contract for package travel

The combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302.

You will therefore enjoy all the rights that apply within the EU framework to package travel. The company Boi Serveis de Muntanya, S.L. together with the contracted suppliers, will be fully responsible for the correct execution of the package trip as a whole.

In addition, as required by law, the company Boi Serveis de Muntanya, S.L is covered by a guarantee to reimburse you for the payments made and, if transport is included in the trip, to ensure your repatriation in case you incur insolvency.

Under Directive (EU) 2015/2302, your rights are:

  1. The Conditions of the Package Travel Contract inherent to the trip offered are those reflected in the Package Travel Contract attached to this document.
  2. In case of emergency, the contact telephone number of the organizer is 689347243 located at the following address: Calle Casa Mestre 15, La Vall de Boi, Lleida.
  3. The price of the package can only be increased if specific expenses are incurred (e.g. fuel prices) and it is expressly stipulated in the contract, and in no case in the last twenty days prior to the start of the package. If the price increase exceeds 8% of the price of the package, the traveller may terminate the contract. If the organiser reserves the right to increase the price, the traveller will be entitled to a price reduction if the corresponding costs decrease.
  4. Travellers will be able to terminate the contract without paying any penalty and get a full refund of all payments made if any of the essential elements of the package other than the price are significantly modified. If the employer responsible for the package cancels the package before it starts, travellers will be entitled to a refund of payments made and, where applicable, compensation.
  5. In exceptional circumstances, for example, in the event of serious safety concerns at the destination that may affect the package, travellers may terminate the contract before the start of the package without paying any penalty.
  6. In addition, travellers may terminate the contract at any time before the start of the package by paying a termination penalty that is appropriate and justifiable in accordance with the information given in point 1.
  7. If, after the start of the package, significant elements of the package cannot be loaned, the traveller must be offered appropriate alternative formulas at no additional cost. Travellers may terminate the contract without paying any penalty in the event of non-performance of the services where this substantially affects the execution of the package and the organiser is unable to solve the problem.
  8. Travellers will also be entitled to a price reduction and/or compensation for damages in the event of non-performance or incorrect performance of the travel services.
  9. Travellers may transfer the package to another person, with reasonable notice and, where appropriate, subject to payment of additional expenses.
  10. The organiser must provide assistance to the traveller in the event that the traveller is in difficulty.
  11. The organisers and retailer in accordance with articles 164 and 165 of the RD. Leg 1/2007 of the Law on Consumers and Users modified by RDL 23/2018 of 21 December, comply with the obligation of guarantee towards travellers.
