1. Purpose
The company BOI SERVEIS DE MUNTANYA S.L, with CIF B56265374, Retail Travel Agency with License-Title belonging to the category of On-line agency according to Activity nº 1 Reference 894700301677.0 Group or epigraph/section IAE: 755 – TRAVEL AGENCIES address for written communications at Calle Casa Mestre, 15, La Vall de Boi. Lleida C.P. 25528.
It organises a private and non-profit promotion (random combination for promotional purposes), called “Ballots”. This promotion can help your customers to obtain a form of financing for their group trips.
2. Recipients
All clients who hire the services of the organiser for the realization of a group trip.
3. Duration and Scope
This promotion will be valid from the day you register directly through our form, a date coinciding with the start of the distribution of the draw tickets, until the day of the draw that will set the number of the winning ticket.
The territorial scope of the development corresponds to the territory of the Kingdom of Spain. Participation in this promotion is open to any user who complies with these Terms and Conditions and specifically the Conditions of Participation mentioned in Rule No. 4.
The organiser reserves the right to prevent speculation or business systems from being established on this promotional activity. To this end, the organizer may cancel those who are misusing the promotion, carrying out fraudulent acts or harming other participants.
4. Conditions of Participation
All individuals of any nationality who meet the following requirements may participate in this promotional activity:
- On the date of the draw, they must be of legal age, or minors who have been supplemented in their capacity to act by their parents, guardians or de facto guardians.
- Have habitual residence in the territory of the Kingdom of Spain.
- Be in possession of one of the tickets for this valid promotional activity distributed through one of those registered for the group trip.
The ballots will be delivered through the digital platform GOWHAP (www.gowhap.es).
By accepting the ballots in the registration process, you will have access to the GOWHAP platform directly from our registration application and therefore you will have the corresponding ballots available through the email provided by the traveler or guardian.
Travellers or guardians will be able to distribute the ballots received from the same platform (https://papeletas.gowhap.es) to themselves, their relatives, neighbours, friends or acquaintances. The latter, if both parties find it convenient, may make a recommended donation of 5 euros per ticket received to the traveler or guardian to help raise money for the trip. The organiser in no case obtains any benefit from these donations to its clients, should they occur.
Each ballot shall contain a combination consisting of one or more numbers between 00000 and 99999 and a serial number. The ballots will be valid except for typographical errors, and will be subject to these legal bases of participation. A participant may take part in the draw as many times as the ballots available.
5. Operation of the Promotional Draw and Description of the Prize
We held the raffle for the school snow trips. The draw will be held with the National Lottery on March 1, 2026, through the random draw system by choosing a winner from the numbers of ballots issued digitally.
The prize will consist of a trip for 2 people, 5 days and 4 nights in a hotel in the Sanxenxo area. It only includes accommodation and breakfast (low season). Prize redeemable until 30/04/2026. To enjoy it from 01 October to 30 November 2026, in the hotel’s low season, double room, four nights on a bed and breakfast basis.
The winner will be the participant who has the ticket whose number matches the last 5 digits of the National Lottery draw held on 28/03/2026.
The person who has this ticket will have until April 30, 2026 to claim the prize and will have a time to enjoy it that will be from October 1 to November 30, 2026.
To claim it, you must contact the organizer via the 919996967 phone number or administracion@alpinoclub.com email.
To verify that the ballot is valid, you must send the PDF received from it to the email address administracion@alpinoclub.com and the organizer will verify through the GOWHAP platform that the ballot has indeed been distributed to the email or mobile number of the person claiming it.
If the period of April 1, 2026 has elapsed without the winner having claimed the prize in the aforementioned way, or if the ballot presented does not meet the validity requirements indicated in rule 4, the corresponding prize may not be assigned to him or to any other third party, leaving it deserted. Tickets that are not awarded will be void, and will not give the right to any refund or compensation. If the winning ballot is one of the undistributed ballots, the prize will be void.
6. Tax Impact
The prize object of this promotion will be subject to the tax regulations in force applicable at all times and their implementing provisions. Such applicable regulations could subject the aforementioned prize to taxation, depending on the residence of the winner and the value of the prize, being in any case the tax cost fully assumed by the winning winner, as well as the tax obligations that derive from it. The organiser may, as an essential requirement for the delivery of the prize, require the winner to provide their valid ID card or tax identity document and the payment of any withholdings that may apply. The winner will be responsible for complying with any tax obligations due to the prize received.
7. Applicable Jurisdiction
For the knowledge of any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of these rules, both the organizer and the participants of this promotion expressly submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Lleida with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond, understood without prejudice to the application of the mandatory provisions of the regulations on consumers and users.
