AIR TICKETS

BOI SERVEIS DE MUNTANYA S.L, in its capacity as Organiser and Retailer, with CIF B56265374, Travel Agency belonging to the category of On-line agency according to Activity nº 1 Reference 894700301677.0 Group or epigraph/section IAE: 755 – TRAVEL AGENCIES address for written communications at Calle Casa Mestre, 15, La Vall de Boi. Lleida C.P. 25528.

And the client as the Principal Contractor, with an address for communications and provided with an N.I.F. or Passport, who also acts as the legal representative of the minor to whom a locator of the package trip organized for the entity or group to which he or she belongs will be assigned and who is also represented by a special verbal agent for this act, as he assures and on behalf of each of the passengers. Therefore, in this same contract, the representation of the Main Contractor is authorized, which authorizes its representation.

DECLARE:

FIRST: That the passenger has purchased air tickets for an amount specified in the offer brochure, plus the management-issuance fees.

That the travel agency Boi Serveis de Muntanya, S.L has provided and delivered to the client/passenger the air ticket together with all the information relating to the contracted air ticket:

  • Itinerary: Origin and destination
  • Scales if any,
  • Completion of terminals,
  • Operating airlines,
  • Departure and arrival times,
  • Flight number,
  • Baggage allowance in the cabin and in the hold
  • Conditions of the contracted tariff,
  • All the details of the contracted ticket.

SECOND: Presentation and Boarding: The passenger is recommended to arrive at the airport 3 hours before the departure of their flight.

(The “flight acceptance cut-off time” is the minimum time before the scheduled time of departure, by which the passenger must have been admitted to the flight, have checked in their baggage and be in possession of the boarding pass. Airlines do not incur any liability for the non-acceptance of the passenger when the passenger presents himself at the check-in counters after the deadline for acceptance of the flight.

The passenger must be present at the check-in counters in advance in writing (including by electronic means) by the air carrier, tour operator or an authorised travel agent, and in the absence of any indication, at least 45 minutes before the announced departure time of the flight. Some airlines may set other limits, so it is important to inform yourself well in advance. Flights to certain international destinations require a higher advance notice of boarding due to increased security measures. Check with your company).

THIRD: It is the passenger’s responsibility to comply with all the rules and to be in possession of all the necessary documents to fly, and therefore is responsible for their processing.

Passengers are responsible for:

  • Be in possession of all the personal documentation required to fly, as well as that it is in force or with the necessary validity required by the place of destination (passports, ID card, etc.). Please note the need to carry your proper official identity documentation for your trip. The ID card on national and EU flights and the passport for other international flights. In certain countries, they require the presentation of other documents to enter their territory, such as visas and health certificates.
  • Be in possession of the corresponding visas for entry to the destination country.
  • Comply with the security measures required by airlines and airports.
  • Have the necessary vaccinations for entry to the countries that require it.
  • Comply with the health safety protocols against Covid 19 and carry the necessary analyses and tests to travel to the destination countries that require it for entry to them.
  • Be in possession of any documents necessary for entry into the destination country.

 

FOURTH: In accordance with the regulations in force in Spain (Royal Decree 1638/1996, of 7 July), the departure from the national territory of metallic currency, bank notes and bearer bank cheques is free, but a declaration must be made when their amount is greater than 6,010.12 euros per person and trip.

FIFTH: The rights of air transport passengers are set out in Regulation (EC) 261/2004 establishing common rules on compensation and assistance to passengers in the event of denied boarding and cancellation or long delay of flights, and by the Montreal Convention and the Warsaw Convention.

In the event of cancellation of the contracted flight, it is the airline that is responsible for refunding the amount of the ticket, as well as for proceeding with compensation if you are entitled to it. The travel agency is an intermediary agent not responsible for these facts.

The travel agent will not refund any cancelled ticket until the airline has made a refund, as the liability lies with the airline in accordance with Regulation (EC) 261/2004.

The management-issuance fees of the air tickets are in no case refundable as they are not part of the amount of the ticket.

SIXTH: The passenger has been informed of the possibility of taking out an insurance contract covering the costs of cancellation or cancellation by the consumer and an assistance contract covering the costs of repatriation or transfer to the place of origin, in the event of an accident, illness or death, including coverage for COVID 19, his answer being:

In the event of quarantine that makes it impossible for the passenger to travel to the airport of departure, quarantine at the place of destination, or any circumstances that make it impossible to go to the airport at the indicated time and date, the travel agency is NOT RESPONSIBLE for these facts, offering the passenger insurance that covers this type of circumstance. in accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraph.

Passengers who have taken out travel insurance, and in the event of any claim, must themselves process the claim directly with the insurance company, since personal documentation is requested from the insurance company (medical reports, personal data, etc.) that the agency is not authorised to know.

SEVENTH: ENTRY REQUIREMENTS TO SPAIN DUE TO PANDEMIC CONTROL BY COVID19:In accordance with the Resolution of 11 November 2020, of the Directorate General of Public Health regarding the health controls to be carried out at the points of entry to Spain, passengers are WARNED and INFORMED of the obligation to present the HEALTH CONTROL FORM at the port or airport of origin to Spain and at the port or airport of entry to Spain. This “Health Control Form” can be completed through the website www,spth.gob.es or through the application “Spain Travel Health-SpTH.

In addition, if passengers come from a country or area classified as an irrigation zone by the government of Spain, passengers are required to present a DIAGNOSTIC TEST FOR ACTIVE INFECTION (PDIA) for SARS-CoV-2 with a negative result, carried out within 72 hours prior to arrival or return to Spain. The only test admitted for entry into Spain is the so-called PCR (RT. PCR of COVID19) other diagnostic tests such as rapid antibody tests, antigen detection tests or high-throughput serologies are not admitted.

The list of countries or areas at risk established by the Spanish government is reviewed every 15 days and its update is published on the website of the Ministry of Health: https://www.msbs.gob.es/ and on the website SpTH: https://www.spth.gob.es. Revisions to the list of countries or areas at risk will become effective seven days after their publication by the Ministry of Health.

Due to the fact that the Spanish government reviews the list of countries or risk areas are carried out every 15 days, passengers are warned that despite the fact that the country to which they are traveling is not included in the list of countries or risk areas at the time of purchasing the air ticket, it may be that in the future or at the time of the completion it may be, so it is informed of the entry requirements to Spain, in accordance with the previous sections, in the event that on the date of return the country or area of origin may be included in the list of countries or areas at risk catalogued by the government of Spain.
